✅ What Happens After You Purchase
At Rocket Ridge Technologies, we make the process simple, transparent, and personalized.
1. Order Confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirming your purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@rocketridgetech.com .
2. Client Intake Form (Sent Within 24–48 Hours)
We'll send you a quick form to collect the details we need to start your project. Depending on the product, we may ask for:
- Your name/business name
- Brand colors, logo files, or mood board
- Links to social profiles or website (if applicable)
- Any ideas, inspirations, or content you already have
- Preferences for fonts, tone, style, or layout
- For invites: names, event details, dates, and RSVP info
3. Design Phase
Once we have your completed form and materials:
- We begin designing based on your selected product and preferences.
- Turnaround time varies by product (see listing for details), but most drafts are delivered within 3–10 business days.
4. Review & Revisions
You’ll receive a draft via email for your review.
- All packages include at least 1 revision(more depending on tier).
- You can request edits to text, layout, fonts, or visuals.
- Additional revisions are available as an add-on.
5. Final Delivery
Once approved, you’ll receive a zipped folder or direct download link with all final files, which may include:
- PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or Canva templates
- Print-ready formats (for business cards, labels, invites, etc.)
- Editable files (for flyers, menus, or social posts)
- Usage guides or brand reference sheets (for branding packages)
